Training and education

The Training and Education area is made up of professionals from different disciplines with recognized trajectory and experience in professional and academic practice in national and international activities.

We advise and train in the Legal, Environmental, Human Resources and Communication areas  in technical skills and socio-emotional skills in order to develop optimal relationships and optimal results.

We make up a wide network of professionals trained in different areas with vast experience in training, enabling the adequate detection of needs and the development of proposals from an integrative perspective from the different areas involved.

Our services are aligned with the principles and Sustainable Development Goals of the Global Compact promoted by the UN-United Nations Organization..

Tailor-made training and education

We develop programs based on the survey of the needs of each organization in order to respond to particular demands and challenges. We plan training programs for knowledge and process management, as well as for the development of socio-emotional skills that operate as solutions aimed at people and work teams.

The custom training programs respond to a previous diagnosis and are adapted according to the requirements of each organization.

LEGAL AREA

We train staff in the administration of justice in reference to the operation of the system and in the different areas of law according to the needs raised.

We train in environmental law, deepening the link between law and the environment. It seeks to work on raising awareness in reference to the national and international legal status of the environment and human life, as well as the derivative, civil, public and criminal responsibility for environmental damage.

We train in elementary legal – administrative activities that allow us to monitor the development of the legal area of ​​each organization, including from the preparation of legal documents to the monitoring of files, among other legal – notarial activities.

We train legally and strategically in the ways of responding to problems raised between the company, consumers or users, and the parties involved in the value chain, deepening both the legal and ethical aspects.

We train the personnel of the Judicial Branch, especially magistrates and officials in order to assist in the implementation of training and updating of the activity.

The objective is to contribute to excellence and the development of training for experience in order to optimize the work and interaction with the vision of the Judicial Power with inter-institutional exercises to contribute to the consolidation of access to justice as an adequate and committed service. with society.

We train in the analysis of the policies of the national, provincial and municipal State, considering their modes of administration, relations with the community and the different stakeholders, the modernization of government agencies, in order to generate business policies that optimize relationships and activity.

The trainings are aimed at people who work or are related to public administration at all levels, companies, teachers and students of careers linked to the practice of public administration, among other actors.

ENVIRONMENTAL AREA

We train in environmental law deepening in natural resources in connection with the law, the environment, and corporate and governmental responsibility. It seeks to work on raising awareness in reference to the national and international legal status of the environment and human life, as well as the derivative, civil, public and criminal responsibility for environmental damage.

We train in reference to the environment with a particular focus on natural resources, in order to achieve a global and local understanding of the problems, their causes, effects, and alternatives for their possible resolution. It deepens awareness about caring for the environment and preventing the impact of its deterioration.

We train in environmental safety and hygiene addressing aspects that imply the development of contingency programs for the prevention and reduction of environmental impact.

We train and promote awareness of problems related to the environment and possible adverse effects related to organizational activity. It works on ethical principles and in relation to a local and global view of the problem.

We train in the preparation of manuals of good environmental practices oriented to the specific activity of each organization.

HHRR AREA

We train and promote the development of socio-emotional skills aimed at collaborators linked to middle and senior managers and in promotion processes. The proposal allows developing leadership capacity, enhancing strengths, working on weaknesses, detecting opportunities, developing criteria for management, among other relevant aspects that allow discovering and enhancing talent in connection with organizational demands.

We train to obtain basic knowledge inherent to the settlement of salaries considering current regulations and specific settlements such as SAC, vacations, severance, among others.

We train for the proper selection of personnel from the preparation of the profile of the position to the hiring of the candidate. Aspects related to the dynamics of individual and group interviews are addressed, as well as the preparation of reports for selection.

We train for the adequate and effective management of personnel, providing tools for the detection of opportunities and threats, compliance with the organization chart, link with communication, control and analysis of schedules and absenteeism, among other aspects of relevance to the sector.

We work on fears, diction, vocabulary, eloquence and fluency in order to transmit the intention and the desired message, enabling the capacity for expression.

We train for the writing of different content and communication pieces such as articles, research projects, press releases, as well as the creation of content in general that allows optimizing communication messages for different formats, platforms and objectives.

The analysis of different variables is promoted in order to avoid crisis situations or reduce negative impacts.

We train staff with exposure in the media working on their personal obstacles and organizational messages.

Through different dynamics of self-knowledge and exposure, including role playing, both verbal and non-verbal communication are deepened.
